Terms of Use

These terms cover the Wisehood iOS app and wisehood.app. Using either means you agree to them.

The service

Wisehood delivers daily life advice for general informational purposes. Tips are curated with care but are not professional advice. Nothing here is legal, medical, or financial counsel. Use your judgment; big decisions deserve a professional.

Subscriptions

• Wisehood Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID.
• It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the paid period ends.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Your account

Accounts are optional for the free tier. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You may delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no reverse engineering, no attempting to access other users' data, no using the content to build a competing tip database.

Content

Tips and app content belong to Wisehood or its licensors. You may share individual tips socially (please do). Bulk reproduction requires permission.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
